Massage is something that should be integrated into all of our monthly health care plans. It relaxes, rejuvenates, and feels dang good.
It also restores functional movement, breaks up painful adhesions, and reduces the risk of injury of the muscle.
There are as many methods of massage as there are colors of the rainbow. At Thrive Health Systems, we practice the following forms:
- Medical/Rehabilitative/Therapeutic Massage
- Neuromuscular massage
- Trigger point therapy
- Prenatal massage
- Deep-tissue Massage
- Couples Massage (performed in separate rooms, but simultaneously)
- Sports massage
Our everyday rate is $99/hour for any of the above techniques. This is a full 60 minute massage. We offer an introductory rate for only $49 for your first massage.
The Thrive Massage Club
We also offer a massage club in which patients can pay $79/month on automatic payment for one massage per month and come whenever they’d like (subject to availability).
This way you get in a rhythm with caring for yourself, you get to know your therapist.
